      Pros

      The kids and the High School seniors you meet. Fast paced and lots of variety.

      Cons

      Unhealthy work environment filled with internal conflicts. Many of the employees are either related to the owners or are life long friends so no one takes them seriously of gives a strong effort. There is a lot of conflict between the managers and the employees. No true photography vision or understanding of what todays high school senior is looking for.

      Little supervision, some creative license. Some overtime opportunities. Good customers.

      Cons

      Terrible ownership and management. No direction or planning. Playboy owner with no knowledge of the industry. Poor leadership from operations team. Low earning potential. no career path.

      a great place to learn about photography, good variety of projects, you have a decent amount of freedom in the studio and on locations

      Cons

      when it's busy it gets insane. people are waiting in a line and sometimes there is not enough photographers to cover all photo shoots on time
