Pathetic. Charging employees for parking. No salary increment - Team Leader Decimal Point Analytics Employee Review

1. No salary hikes, hike is given like chillar. 2. Now they are charging parking on a monthly basis at an exorbitant rates to employees which is highly pathetic. 3. No leaves given by seniors even on special occasions if they approve the same, the seniors will bombard you on calls which is not answered make the senior angry. 4. Forced to work on holidays although which are approved by clients 5. No action or reply on serious matters by seniors. Even harrassment complaint are considered on low priority by some seniors. 6. No increment or promotion even if the company is profitable.
