Long list where do I even start. Don’t trust 5 star reviews those are forced from fresher’s for job confirmation 1. Highly unethical company, the rot starts straight from the top with the CEO designing policies that full fill his ego. 2. Fresher’s don’t get their own system or laptop to work on. Have to work on personal laptop. 3. Most at the top management are stuck here so they are happy to comply, that’s the only way you can make bank here. 4. Actual hard work in teams does not matter, compensation does not match what you do. 5. You don’t get any holidays here and leaves are looked down upon. 6. No bonus or overtime either. 7. Appraisals / Salary increments are never on time but management expects +100% performance from your side. 8. No back up for your work and no training either 9. Company does not want to spend a dime on upskilling but will bug you death to keep on learning 10. 12 hours working even work on weekends. 11. Company infra is absolute garbage. So called analytics company can’t even get a decent computer and screens to work on. 12. List goes on…..

They force employees to work even on Saturday Sunday too. 4. Casteism and Communitism. 5. Appraisals and promotions are based on the factors like caste, community of the employee. If you belong to same caste as your reporting person, then you would get decent hike with early promotions, else you won't be even considered for these things. 6. Very unsafe for female employees because of the cheap mentality of the management people. 7. People from management use abusive words in the office and meetings. 8. Attrition rate is very high due to low growth rate. 9. No research work, max work is of copy pasting, management does't focus on automating the processes. 10. For the same profile and role they variate the inhand salary from 12k to 45k. They don't have a uniform salary slab for their profiles which creates conflicts among employees. 11. They will demand you to learn new skills but they would also demand you to work for more than 13-14 hrs a day and then you also need to work on even Saturdays and Sundays. Then they will say that we provide you a platform to learn and brag about themselve. 12. Appraisals vary from 1% to 20% based on the point no. 5.
