Pros
Met some amazing friends over the years, flexibility is a big one here - if you get good manager, you are able to be pretty flexible with your shifts
Cons
Pay used to be very good, now approaching minimal wage for some hard work at times. Many managers do not know basic processes in their own departments. It's difficult to progress unless you happen to be favourite of someone higher.
