Pros
The team culture on the floor at Decathlon was incredible and we got good discounts on already very reasonably priced products as well as (inconsistent) creative freedom.
Cons
However, as management, the organisation of commercial teams was terrible, leading to delays in promotional and administrative execution- it was then the floor staff that would bear the brunt of the punishment and criticism for the delay despite not having all the required resources.
