Pros
Lot of room for growth and exposure to different practices in the retail industry. Young crowd, you can't not fit in. Very sports centric and sports hobbyists can really express themselves but only if they make the time.
Cons
No work life balance. Attrition is high. Expect your daily routine to be disrupted which may lead to health issues. Salary could improve especially since there is no overtime and we did a lot of overtime.
