A company that can't get compared to any other. Since I joined Decathlon I've been surprised by the amount of kind and helpful people. I've never before experienced a professional opportunity where they really care about you physical and mental health. They really encourage you to be autonomous and be responsible of your goals. Immense opportunities to grow as it's a super big company, you get to build a global network and they really care for their employees development.
Cons
You can see a contrast between people who have been in the company for many years and people who are new and haven't truly embraced the culture of Decathlon. People who truly live Decathlon's values are wonderful people to work with. It's a company that is constantly evolving, trying new things and innovating. This brings a lot of change and uncertainty.
