Management (the place is run by managers that are either lazy or crazy). Communication is not the best as majority of staff are Spanish and English is hardly spoken between staff. Trunover of the staff is shocking. Been working there for 6 months and seen more then 10 people leave the place. They are saying they want to improve the conditions, however 1 person does 30 tasks as there's no staff in the shop. Staff either keep calling sick or they just leave. You are expected to cover the tills, taking care of delivery, manage and help other departments as no one was working there, answering phones and deal with custumers, click and collect, facing, and taking care of security isssues). Majority of the time there was only me and my manager working in the department as shop could not afford more staff, though I 2019 they had 2 full time shop assistant and one part time. Durringn 6 months I have received no training, but you are expected to sell and advise customers, If you can't do full time you keep being reminded that you are replaceable. I received phone calls, text and emails on days you aren't working. Staff keep gossiping amongst each others, yet if you say anything bad about the manager, she reminds you she can sack you anytime. My manager said she isn't employing any women as we are to difficult to manage. Atmosphere is sometimes so bad, you can cut it with the knife. I belive the main store manager has good intentions, however department managers need to go...
