Pros
If you like to work with foreign people, you will enjoy here. Cartagena receives a big amount of tourists at least 14 days per month.
Cons
Employers are chaotic, they can't handle situations where you have to fix something quickly. The rest of employees don't know English so you will have to help them all the time when they don't know something when advising client. Work time is really bad.
