Pros
An organised place to work with set procedures, all of the staff are very friendly and good benefits. They help you to progress within the company and you have a lot of say in how you want things to change
Cons
The pay is not very good for sports advisors, and have to work lots around Christmas, weekends, bank holidays etc.
