Pros
The work environment will be good and part timers or sales managers doesn't contain any target based sales and the rest there is no need to fear for any one and the worst part is to leave decathlon and finding a similar organisation like decathlon
Cons
we can't see any growth in part timers,hourly and internship based employees until and unless for upto becoming an full timer.
