Energetic team with good communication skills. They hire employees from top colleges. They hire sports enthusiast people. Their recruitment process is good. Top Management is easily approachable.
Cons
Pay no care to its employees they are just customer centric. They pay really less. They are gender biased . They ask their female employees to stay after 8. No woman safety. No work life balance. No transparency in appraisal system. They make to do a lot of work. They tell different profile in their Job description. Worst training system. They need to have an HR who can take care of its employees.
