Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working there.

Cons

Management culture is deeply problematic. I experienced a sustained hostile work environment involving multiple leaders, and despite HR being aware that I was in distress months earlier, no meaningful action was taken until the situation escalated significantly. This delay allowed inappropriate conduct, gossip, and intimidation to continue unchecked, directly impacting my mental health and ability to perform my job. When the issue was finally investigated, the company’s response appeared more focused on minimizing liability than protecting employees. Rather than enforcing its own “zero tolerance” harassment policy, leadership opted for superficial fixes that did little to address the severity, duration, or impact of what occurred. The message was clear: preserving management and optics took priority over accountability and employee well-being. The environment discourages speaking up. Reporting concerns came with fear of retaliation, isolation, and being quietly labeled a “problem” instead of being supported. Even when concerns were validated enough to prompt internal action, the corrective measures were weak and failed to restore a sense of safety or trust. There appears to be a pattern of complaints against the same individuals, yet the company continues to rely on minimal interventions rather than decisive action. This creates a culture where harmful behavior can persist, policies exist only on paper, and employees are left to absorb the emotional and professional fallout.

Pros

I believe this is a good company with good leadership and good people. All hiring points treated me with a lot of respect, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I believe the company is well run, with some interesting and hardworking leaders, and that they mean well.

Cons

LOW PAY THAT GETS EVEN LOWER DUE TO MANDATORY UNPAID OVERTIME: I verbally accepted the job offer, but was later asked to sign an offer that specifically stated multiple times we will be required to work a minimum of five hours each week of unpaid overtime since the position is considered salaried/exempt. The offer also stated during busy times we will be required to work even more unpaid overtime. NOISY, CHAOTIC, UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT: I have 20 years in sales experience and not once in those 20 years have I ever encountered such a noisy, inappropriate, and chaotic sales floor setup. Open concept / bullpen, so everyone can hear everyone else's conversations and it's very hectic. Add to that frequent use of a very large metal gong to celebrate sales, along with very frequent clapping and loud cheering, and the worst part, blaring inappropriate rap music while salespeople are on the phone with clients. I have ADD, unfortunately, and cannot take medication for it due to sensitivities to it. This type of environment would have made me absolutely crazy trying to focus and do a good job. I understand management views it as a "high energy and motivational work environment" but that's not how most of us work and it makes a difficult job even more challenging. I shouldn't be forced to listen to frantic, offensive, loud rap music all day. GANG MENTALITY TRAINING CLASS: Out of control training class that intimidated and bullied other trainees. Inappropriate behavior with almost a gang mentality being rude and arguing with the trainers. Trainees throwing top level managers under the bus by tattling on them, telling other presenters we have been "lied to" or told wrong. NO DIVERSITY: No diversity - 90 to 95% of employees are of one race only. Very intimidating if you aren't of that race. NEGATIVE REVIEWS/ CONSTANT TURNOVER: Tons of online reviews that list constant turnover and immediate terminations at first bad month. INAPPROPRIATE, LOUD, RAP MUSIC CONSTANTLY BLASTING: On the sales floor, while the sales team is trying to focus, think, talk, listen, and sell. Definitely not a good work environment for me. I made it through one day of training, cried driving home, and decided to never come back. I sent a brief, professional email to the HR / Training Manager and, of course, didn't get a response or acknowledgment.
