Debox Consulting is an extremely toxic and poorly managed company. There is no structure, no planning, and no defined roles. Your job profile means absolutely nothing here your responsibilities are changed randomly whenever management feels like it, without discussion or consent. They falsely promise training during hiring, but no training is ever provided. You are thrown into work with zero guidance and then blamed when expectations are not met. The leadership shows complete lack of empathy and professionalism and treats employees as disposable resources rather than humans. Job security is nonexistent. In just six months, I personally witnessed employees being asked to leave without any notice, warning, or valid reason. People can be removed overnight, making it an extremely unstable and stressful environment to work in. The founder, Darshan Vyas, comes across as highly arrogant in his interactions with employees. There is little to no respect for employee concerns, and decisions are imposed rather than discussed. There is no transparency, no respect, and no accountability. Employees are constantly overworked, undervalued, and mentally drained. This company does not care about growth, learning, or employee well-being. It thrives on chaos and fear. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Debox Consulting if you value your career, mental health, or basic dignity
