Pros

Leadership cares about their people, and as a SAAS company - they are continually growing. While their competition is a major "corporate" conglomerate, DealersLink is employee-owned, allowing them to constantly innovate without outside shareholder influence and needless bureaucracy.

Cons

I have no negative feedback.

Pros

The product is class leading. The management team is strives for improvement and success. Travis and Taylor are some of the best managers I’ve ever had.

Cons

I feel like the marketing does not live up to the caliber of the product.

Pros

DealersLink has had consistent growth since it’s beginnings - roughly 50 consecutive quarters of growth without exception. Management grows the company in a manageable way without relying on investor money. Long term employees receive partial ownership and profit share. Top notch products that are exciting and well supported. I always knew my clients were in good hands because DealersLink truly lives a “customer first” philosophy. Taylor (sales management) is a great leader who puts in the time to develop his team. Travis (VP Sales) is highly skilled and has a wealth of knowledge that has propelled the company forward. Founders are involved in the day to day operations and very approachable. Profitable company that re-invests in itself, not just looking for an exit.

Cons

Not the high-tech “startup” some might be seeking. Headquarters is not flashy, but it is owned and not leased. Benefits are fair but not quite at the level of their competitors. Dealers can be a tough crowd to sell to and support.
