Pros

How much time do you have? I would highly suggest looking at the company careers page. Benefits: I've worked for several different employers and these are by far the best benefits I've had. For medical, I pay less for far more coverage, the time off earnings are extremely competitive and then there are things like Professional Development allowance, the time off associated with conducting professional development, and Sabbatical. Free Friday Lunch is amazing. There are also lots of hidden perks that come with the territory. It took a few weeks before I even discovered all the benefits. Work Space: Standing desks, coffee machines, stocked cooler, open and creative work environments, themed demo rooms. I often have to keep myself reminded of how unique our office is so I don't simply get used to it. Culture & People: Transparency here is no joke. You will get direct insight into how the company runs, how the financials are looking, and what you can do to make a direct impact. The sense of ownership is strong and people know what they need to do to make a difference. We don't have departments at Daxko, we have Teams. In my short time so far at Daxko, I have built great relationships and know I have someone to count on at work. In my experience, that is rare. The opportunities for growth are here, the recognition and rewards are for the taking. The environment is fast pasted, imposes new challenges each day, and always keeps me on my toes. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Cons

The learning curve can be steep. At times you might feel overwhelmed or at a loss as to how to move forward in your role. If you're intimidated by change or not ready to get out of your comfort zone, this is probably not "it" for you.

Pros

Most people care a lot. And try to make the best of the miserable environment.

Cons

The culture is toxic from the top down. Leadership creates an environment of constant chaos, shifting priorities, and little accountability, leaving employees to absorb the consequences. Management by fear is accepted and, at times, seems to be embraced. The company continues acquiring businesses with little apparent planning for how those acquisitions will be integrated into the broader organization. Rather than building scalable processes first, existing teams are simply expected to absorb additional work while already operating at capacity. The result is an organization that constantly feels reactive instead of intentional. Every day becomes another exercise in putting out fires while being criticized for failing to anticipate priorities that were never clearly communicated. Leadership struggles to establish, communicate, and execute on a coherent strategy, making it difficult to accomplish meaningful work or feel successful. Long-term planning consistently takes a back seat to constantly changing priorities. Concerns about leadership and workplace culture are raised, yet the same patterns continue. Employees are left feeling unsupported, overextended, and increasingly burned out while leadership appears insulated from the impact of its decisions.
