      Pros

      AAM gives a lot of responsibility to many people in the organization. Seems like a very merit based place to work

      Return to office mandate at 4 days a week isn’t the most flexible

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
