      lots of overtime, and good experience to find another job

      Cons

      management is only worried about lining their own pockets, and don't care about the employees wellbeing.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Invested a lot in their facilities. Good opportunity to move around, try new jobs Pay and benefits were good

      Cons

      Its a more centralized company, so a lot of decision making comes from the top. A lot of business is still with GM, so as GM goes so does AAM.
