      Pros

      A good place start getting some experience and work extra hours

      Cons

      No accountability for from leadership, HR, or Operations. Turn over rate is high in Secondary. Equipment is dilapidated. Weeks are based on production, and they will have employees work over 7 days a week for 8 to 12 months out of the year. If you are hired after March you only get 3 vacations. Vacation days do not role over.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
