      It is always challenging environment in the manufacturing facility. There is never a boring day in the plant.

      You need to have a thick skin to work on the shopfloor.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
