Pros

AAM is a good company that pays well. They are doing great work to innovate the automotive industry with their push for electric cars. The people that you will work with are nice. Their Co-Op program, like a long term internship, is great for college students to gain real working experience and make good money while learning and having the company work with their school schedules allowing half days and allowing them to be absent for the week of exams.

Cons

They talk about diversity and inclusion but when the CEO puts thousands into the Republican party it is hard to think that the company truly supports LGBTQ+ and diversity. As an automotive company, they are also very old school which with younger employees I think doesn't always aline very well with what they want from a company anymore.

Pros

Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

Cons

Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
