Leadership is engaged at all-levels, willing to help and they have a strong grasp on the day-to-day issues that Buyers are dealing with in 2021 during global energy crisis, port delays, raw material price increases, and labor shortages. 4. Very nice HQ building with covered parking and onsite cafeteria with healthy food choices on menu. 5. Rewarding & Empowering, emphasis on inclusion, also annual profit sharing.
Cons
1. Stressful commute to Detroit HQ - lessened by Hybrid schedule but still not enjoyable with terrible road potholes, poor lighting, fear of stranded with flat tire, construction, traffic congestion. 2. Longer work hours (avg 48 hours per week, plus commute time). 3. Intense / fast-paced - but also rewarding. 4. Having to pay Detroit City Tax! Terrible. 5. Spouses have to pay $100 per month to participate in "Family" coverage.
