      very high rate turnover, my department is appx 7people and i saw 5 resigns, in 3 years i had worked with 5 different managers (i was in same position),

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
