Lol - Process Tech Dauch Employee Review

Poor Management, no room for advancement, most employees are underpaid, horrible insurance, only 2 days pto time, no incentive programs, you only get one raise a year and it’s usually only $0.30 to .085 based on a review that is calculated on every single aspect including absences and performance. Not a place I would recommend unless you absolutely need a job. The work is extremely Dangerous and and unsafe and the wages do not compensate for that.
