Great Company - Journeyman Electrician Dauch Employee Review

Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.

Good pay and compensation package

Have to work too many weekends.
