Pros
Good benefits and salary. It must have been a good company before recession. Very competent management. Organized and efficient Engineering department.
Cons
The company doesn't care too much of you. They never call anyone back that was fired because of lack of work. No retention policy in place. You don't feel accepted in this organization no matteer how hard you work.
