      Pros

      Met some good people there both in management and on the shop floor. Not really much else to say here,

      Cons

      Working condtitions and morale quickly deteriorated due to an equal effort by both upper management and union leadership. Too bad.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
