Pros
All the workers are very friendly, get alot of one on one training, very informed on safety procedures. Current employees are very helpful to new hires.
Cons
New hires have to work 7days a week most of the time and often 12 hour shifts are required often until you get into the union. All new hires are placed on 2nd or 3rd shift until your able to bid on a open job (which can/could take years). New hire pay is low until you get in the union.
