      Pros

      I have a wonderful boss who is always willing to take time to teach me things and makes sure I have what I need and helps when necessary all without being micro-managing.

      Cons

      We have a good culture in my particular group but we don't do as well at making sure that the group comes together as a whole.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
