      Great people and managers work with/for, fair work environment, flexible schedule as necessary, interested in advancement of employees, continuing education opportunities provided

      Cons

      union has too much influence on workings of the company frequently at the expense of non union employees, expected overtime is too frequently not communicated in a timely manner

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
