      Pay is competitive. Co-workers are really nice and helpful. It was really easy to get starerted in my position.

      Cons

      The company does not offer much to grow as a person. Need more events for training and career growth.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
