Discrimination and low pay. - Master Data Management Analyst Dauch Employee Review

So many cons: Very low salaries with a lot of discrepancies between staff, the same functions all have different salaries. They like you if you don’t complain and you’ll be fired if you ever complain to HR about anyone in management. A lot of discrimination happens there where some people could use a benefit we had for remote work and other people couldn’t because “the manager didnt agree with it”. One of the team leaders in Master Data constantly raises his voice to co-workers, he is also very inappropriate giving feedback. He had a lot of complaints from at least 4 people across the team to the manager, but the manager covers all of that and never did nothing regarding the team leader.
