      Flexible work hours, friendly colleagues. Overtime pay in some circumstances. Limited travel if desired 401k match and health insurance is phenomenal

      Cons

      HR is resistant to salary changes unless forced with another offer. Pay is on the lower side of industry average.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
