Pros

- Great culture, of success that breeds strong internal relationships and lasting relationships with clients. - No smoke and mirrors like many other adtech/martech/marketing intelligence companies when it comes to product and product features. - Strong vision for the product offering and diversification within the marketing intelligence space.

Cons

- Big visions, sometimes come with disappointment when not delivered on. Though that hasn't been the case so far, but is a fair view to take when launching new bolt on products to the core platform that are in demand for our clients.

Pros

GREAT LOCATION Sun-lit office space on 23rd and 6th—one of the most convenient locations I've worked in yet. Easy to get to via public transport and everyone gets a window "office." Near Eataly, Trader Joe's and Home Depot—my golden triangle of retail. GREAT PEOPLE I've worked here for over a year and from the first day, I felt welcome. It's an inclusive atmosphere without feeling forced. There's a happy hour once a week to get to know different people you wouldn't normally talk to. People are genuinely happy here. Of course, there are stressful moments and ambitious goals to hit but it does feel like, a work/life balance is encouraged. MAKE A NAME FOR YOURSELF Datorama is a company that is young enough that roles are still evolving but old enough that start-up teething problems have been sorted. There are plenty of opportunities to find a niche and carve a role for yourself.

Cons

OPEN OFFICE Any open work space comes with its challenges. If you're someone who measures their success by achieving the "window office" this is not the place for you. Heads of departments sit next to those they manage, in an open space environment. GOAL DRIVEN While it's a casual work environment this is not casual work. There are definitive and measurable goals to achieve so if you're looking to coast through a role, this is not for you.
