Pros

The most positive group of people I have ever met. The culture is amazing and ensures that they have the right people in the right seat and if you don't fit, that is on the person themselves. The core values are lived and breathed by all team members making this a complete breath of fresh air coming from large companies who only believe in profits above their staff's well being or morale. If you have values that align with theirs, you will not find a better place to be. Be the Best with the Best is thier motto and it makes me want to do better for myself and the team. The minute I met this group of people, I knew that I needed to be part of this organization. Detailed strategies on how to achieve goals that are constantly monitored and worked from the top down is not that common in this day and age of corporate structure. Growth is amazing and upper management will do whatever is needed to help their team meet the targets set - you are never left on your own. Management is constantly focused on company morale and even plans many events to bring the teams together and share in the successes.

Cons

none that I have found

Pros

If you're just finishing up college, this is a great company to work for and get your feet wet. And if you don't understand IT, you will after working here only a few weeks! People who work here are highly intelligent, yet remarkably collaborative. Even though each person is designated a "role," everyone is very transparent about their work, which gives newbies (especially marketing peeps) the chance to understand how all the business pieces come together in the end. I came to Datix near the end of college as an intern, and within six months moved to full time. It took a lot of work to get here, but I know ten folds more about the business world than I learned in college.

Cons

Understanding Datix process can be intuitive at times if you're new to IT. Also, the company collaborates on a lot of things, so being open to try new approaches and work with others is mandatory of whichever role you take. Clearly this isn't a real con, but it does take a motivated and curious person to really succeed here.
