Chances are given to familiarize oneself with duties like receptionist tasks and managing business with couriers. Becoming knowledgeable in various, ambiguous human resources procedures is possible as the human resources executive remains consistently occupied with their own meetings, potentially leading to their room being closed. - Teams foster a wonderful spirit, allowing individuals to cultivate different friendships here. Even while in different teams, arranging a special room to sit closely with others is possible. - Good benefits include the option to work from home with careful monitoring via a simple recording system. Being proactive in filling out a simple Google form to record work from home is necessary. However, being cautious about the dates and reminding HR staff to create a new sheet for each new week is crucial.
