Low Base Salary - IT Associate Datawords Employee Review

1. Basic salary is low even if you've been with the company for a long time. 2. Lack of training and opportunities for IT Team members to get certifications. 3. No LinkedIn Learning, Udemy or Coursera access to at least gain training courses. 4. Benefits are basic. No benefits are automatically provided to the parents of the employees. Even eyeglasses benefits for employees are hard to avail as you would need to have eye grade of 5.00 to be qualified (my God! you want us to be blind before we could avail that? seriously?)
