Managers ask every week what the team's updates are, as if we don't have meetings every morning. -Leadership is looking for someone to blame when things don't work. -Work instructions are vague. Leadership just says "figure it out". Team tries to figure it out, then hears no feedback from leadership until it's close to the deadline.
