Pretty laid back, three people interviewed me. Technical questions were asked, but it wasn’t too bad. I had to think of how I would have to test a remote control.

Asked about sponsorship and work experience before.
Personal projects at school and basic java questions like what's the difference between heap and stack; what does static mean in Java.
There will be a walk in the company to show what they do after the interview.
People are very nice.

Interview
The initial interview was completed via phone and The interview was with the IT Director, VP, and a technical resource. The Director (Kathy) started by introducing the VP (Herb) and the technical resource (Mohammed). Herb then began by asking some questions about why I left my previous position and what I am looking for in my next career move. The next step was technical questions from Mohammed. Everyone was very nice and made every effort to make the interview a positive experience.
