Pros
decent enough company for the most part. depending on the department you work in there there's always some interesting project going on - unsurprising given the relatively wide ranging portfolio the company has. which can make for a varied and interesting work environment.
Cons
local management can be very hit and miss with some being stellar yet others being utter car crashes. something that for some unknown reason 'higher up' management seem to miss or ignore.
