Cons

No care whatsoever for anyone at any level who works at Datamars, no matter what continent. It is a company without a heart that wants desperately to be acquired. Acquisition is the only goal. Period. If you want support and exceptional leadership, please don't join.

If you cant find a job it woukd be better than being homeless most of the time

pretty much everything. You'll want to drive into oncoming traffic most days.

No investments in innovation, only in cost-cutting, delocalization and acquisitions. Extremely high turnover, hire-and-fire mentality. HR unprofessional, very biased
