      - company is aligned with tech and sometime even ahead of tech, driving new pattern, this makes employees knowledgable and up to date - professional environment - good comp - fast moving - great colleagues

      Cons

      - it is scaling up from start up to big corporate really fast and sometime processes are unnecessary and event unclear, but leadership is trying to keep up, but if you are not ok with changes in company it can give you lots of stress

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Cons

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
