- lots of innovation - beginners mindset and flexible environment where you can try new things -equity grants are strong and comp is good too - very fast paced which can be great when you are building things and new processes
Cons
- the highest levels of leadership are still very involved in even the smallest of details often slowing things down unnecessarily - the pace of work is so fast it can be demanding and work life balance can be challenging - there is a culture of almost bragging about how hard the work is and demanding the schedule can be
