Pros
- Fulfilling, I love the work that I do
- I like the people I work with
- I have learned a lot about SAP and current technology (hardware and software)
- The company takes care of its employees
- Small company, so I get to see my work all the way through to the end instead of doing a piece and passing it on to someone else
Cons
- It's not a con for me, but may be for others; because it's a small company there is a lot expected of everyone. It is not a typical punch in at 8am and punch out at 5pm, although normally that's what I work. When I have a lot of work on my plate I will work longer days and occasionally on the weekends. I would rather be busy than be bored, watching the clock all day.
