      The awesome team is one of the best things here. All are so kind and helpful with each other and also between different teams. Always trying to help to move forward. Also, you can growth in your career, either horizontal or vertical. Also 100% remote work!

      Start-up like culture means lots of experience and room for growth. Team is highly talented which resulting in fast work pace. The culture provides a lot of flexibility and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Fast pace start-up culture can also mean high fluctuation. The best performers are able to learn quickly and be highly flexible in their roles and responsibilities.
