Pros
Honestly, I LOVE my job at Comparative. There are several pluses of working here: (1) Compensation is very competitive (2) Management is amazing - CEO has great vision and his enthusiasm is contagious to everyone in the Company; Head of Staff is the Queen of efficiency, process and structure (3) Overall quality of people in the Company is very high - everyone is doing an amazing work at her own place. I am proud of my colleagues (4) Team is international and very diverse, clients comes from the entire world - makes the job 10x more interesting (5) The product is interesting, and tasks are diverse (6) Corporate culture is very good. People are positive and helping others is a priority - we do care for each other, and this is not just words (and it starts with CEO!) (7) There are no unnecessary work or calls - everything is organized very effectively, and we are using the most up-to-date tools available in the market (8) The company is completely remote that gives a lot of flexibility within the day, we have unlimited paid time offs and sick leaves (9) Company invests in additional education and development of its employees, for example, we all have an unlimited access to udemy (10) There are a lot of online team building events, so despite being all over the world we feel close to each other

Only con - we did not have an offline offsite yet! But we hope to have it this year!
