Pros
Comparative is a fast paced startup. Everyone on the team makes a meaningful contribution and takes on a lot of responsibility. The vision of automating data analytics is extremely ambitious but the team has already produced something that feels like magic. Its a rare company where you can truely be innovative and solve problems that have never been solved before. Although we work hard, management is accomodating, supportive and encourages time off.
Cons
Its an environment where people are hard working, fast paced and take on a lot of responsibility . This can occasionally feel daunting, but always feels worthwhile when you’ve crossed the finish line. This isn’t for everyone and so some people left the company early on, but the current team works very well together.
