Pros
Office environment was friendly and professional. Decent pay and benefits. A big effort was made to organize small get-togethers, such as Friday breakfasts to help the team get to know each other more personally. Work-life balance was a big part of the office culture and telework was allowed. Also, being part of a small team allowed many opportunities to cross-train and learn some aspects of other accounting functions.
Cons
None that I encountered during my tenure. It was a good team and a good fit for me. One of the best environments that I've worked in.
