If you like to work independently without supervision, assistance and/or fair compensation, then this is the place for you.
Cons
Extremely wide range of salary increase amongst staff. Very unfair. Untrained HR person. Required to work overtime with no pay. No secretary day presents because one year they gave out plants and one person was allergic to plants so they scrapped secretary day gifts. If you suck up to your boss, then you have power over other assistants.
