the Walchand Brand is toxic and insufferable. The culture is a hoax as opposed to what they preach! the management is highly biased and sinister, they have encouraged covering up sexual harassment against multiple women on numerous occasions. the environment for self-growth as an SME is good, but as an employee, a leader is zilch as the culture rides high favouritism that even it discredits high performers.
